Trial on the 3 camera LN. Alfons was really impressed with the system. First reaction was that it was really compact so he liked the design (even though it was still a prototype). The image immediately looked really good and we measured correctly right out of the box. We even found an error on their beta lasermike laserhead because we were measuring something different. After they fixed the issue on the laserhead we measured exactly the same. Alfons even did an analysis on measurement data from the LN and the laserhead over a few hours. We had almost exactly the same average measurement and Standard deviation! We did find much more lumps than the beta lasermike LN sensor, so we are just much better :) We also tried doing an MSA but this didn't go as expected. The data was really hard to interpret so Alfons will do another one this week. By the end of the week he hopes to have done the release of the LN so they can actually already use it for production. So, if it is released he wants a quote for the demo unit (full price) an 4 more LNs (1 extra for Haaksbergen and 3 for Poland). He wants to keep the demo unit and get it rebuild on site to be the same standard as the finished units.

Top and Bottom Hot Foil Printer

The Taymer HF3000 Hot Foil Printer is designed to simultaneously print on the top and the bottom of the cable.
