Taymer’ s Tabletop Pill Counter can automatically and instantaneously verify the number of pills poured onto the tray as well as inspect the quality of each pill. 

Save operator time and possible miscounts by using our PL500. The camera-based inspection solution captures high-resolution images to distinguish pill shape, size, and count. The images are enhanced, magnified, and displayed on the console for easy operator verification and interaction. 

The PL500 design is made to have minimal contact with your product and optimize pill counts and pill break detection. Additionally, the tabletop design makes our equipment portable and easy to include in your production process.
