The Surface Inspection (SI) series vision systems have been designed to work on a variety of product including: cable jacket, pipe, bar stock or tape.
The detectable surface defects include pinholes, bulges, neckdowns, surface blemishes, discolorations, tape mis-wrapping, wrinkles, tears and many more.
Surface Defect Inspection
The only tool that can capture, analyze, and judge every square mm of your product (cable, pipe, tube, bar…). It’s the most thorough method of detecting surface flaws available.
Surface Inspection - Dual View
The SI2100 is a dual view system to simultaneously inspect two different surfaces. Typical application for the SI2100 is for top and bottom inspection of flat products (strip, wire, etc.).
Surface Inspection - Single View
The SI1100 is a single view system to inspect a specific area of your product. This system is primarily used to inspect welds or flat products such as bars, tape, or profiles.
Wrap Defect Inspector
The Wrap Defect Inspector is the only tool that can capture, display and analyze every square millimeter of your product. It is the most thorough method of detecting wrapping flaws available.
