Taymer has developed Custom Hot Stamping
Machines for wire marking, including harness wire hot stampers and cable assembly markers, providing printing solutions for several different industries, including Automotive, Aerospace
and Construction.
A built in microprocessor controls all aspects of the marking process and adjusts the
machine to suit the changing conditions and speeds of the production line. Clear durable legends are produced at speeds up to 3600 parts per minute. The ease of operation of our machinery
reduces scrap, production delays and the risk of damage to delicate parts and components. An optional dual tape spool and tape accumulator system eliminates print interruptions.
Top and bottom wire hot stamping machines are available on request, including ring
wire markers. All of our wire hot stamping machines can be outfitted with a coding head die, allowing operators quick changeover times between setups.
