The new Print View 1000 will help you reduce costs in your production facilities by providing print inspection for your operators: a critical tool to reduce rework and improve productivity.
The Print View 1000 uses high-speed, digital imaging to capture real time images of cable markings for software print inspection. The digital images are enhanced,
magnified and displayed on a remote monitor, enabling the operator to oversee the print quality while supervising other processes. Software print inspection can
automatically verify the print quality as well as the accuracy of the sequential numbering.
The operator controls and monitor can be located up to 200 feet from the Image Capture Station, allowing print inspection by one operator in supervise two or three lines simultaneously.
