Cable Cut To Length
An Integrated cable Cut To Length function can be added to any of our solutions. We can use a variety of cutting devices from hydraulic cutting tools to cut copper and aluminum to a
rotary saw for armored cable or other material that will be crushed by a hydraulic cutter. Hydraulic fluid hose or other types of hose often require a different kind of cutter again, ranging from a simple sharp edge
for unreinforced product to scalloped and scalloped tooth blades for double reinforced hydraulic fluid hose. We can achieve high cable length measurement and cut to length accuracy through double LR600 placement.
Automate with Batch Job Programming Tools
Taymer utilizes PLC technology to maximize cable counter function flexibility and we can include an HMI to make data entry
easy. Jobs can be identified by a job number or the operator can simply input the length of cable required and the quantity of cut cables required and then press 'Start'.
Connect with a Computer
We work regularly with Allen Bradley, Siemens and GE PLCs and can include communications capabilities for corporate networks or standalone PCs through
ethernet or serial communication ports. Taymer's cable cut to length computer interface simplies the task of uploading and cataloging long lists of batch jobs. We are familiar with MS Access, MS SQL Server
and MS Excel for inputting batch job data.
